Centered Health: Would You Work Here?
Healthcare recruiting tends to be polished, clinical, and a little impersonal, but that’s not how people choose where to work.
People want to understand what a place actually feels like. The team, the energy, the day-to-day. Humor and personality are often missing from the process, even though they’re what make a workplace feel real.

Challenge
The application process often hides the most important things: team dynamics, personality, and day-to-day experience.
We needed a way to give potential applicants a real sense of the culture, without it feeling staged or overly corporate.
Outcomes
Created a recruiting asset that reflects the personality of the brand
Differentiated Centered Health from more traditional, clinical hiring approaches
Brought the internal team into the process, strengthening employee engagement and employer brand

Process
Campign Concept Development: Developed “Would You Work Here?” a day-in-the-life video following a rogue employee and his unapproved camera crew.
Creative Direction: Leaned into a more informal, behind-the-scenes style to make the content feel natural and unscripted.
Copywriting & Story: Built a narrative that balanced humor with real glimpses into team culture and daily work life.
Casting & Production: Cast actors and shaped performances alongside our Videographer to feel authentic and true to Centered Health.
Execution & Delivery: Oversaw the project from concept through final approval, ensuring the tone stayed consistent with the brand and aligned with the CEO's vision.
